They are the most popular meal for breakfast and dinner. We usually underestimate them – made quickly and eaten on the run. But a sandwich does not have to be a boring meal at all. Panini with ham and ogósmall-salad cheese
- a few slicesów ham from Konspol smokehouse
- spoonful of mayonnaise
- a few slicesóin cheeseóe.g. Gouda fresh basil
- large ogósmall-salt shark
- butter
- ciabatta
Preparation
Ciabatta cut into pół horizontally, but do not cut it all the way open, you must be able to unfold it like a book and close it again. Grease the roll with butter, ogóslice the rka, and wash the basil and dry the leaves. On the bottom part we arrange cheese ¿ółty, ogórka, some of the leavesóin basil, and then add slices of ham, whichóre arranged in the letter S to make the sandwich taste „lighter”. Arrange the rest of the leavesóin basil, and spread ham with mayonnaise. Then heat up a grill pan and heat the sandwich for about 3 minutes on each side.
Casserole with Silesian sausages and garlic sauce
- Konspol Silesian sausages (package)
- butter
- a piece of cheese ¿óltego
- A few tablespoons of tomato puree
- sól, pepper, dried oregano and sweet paprika to taste
- Paris roll
Ingredients for garlic sauce:
- 3 tablespoons of mayonnaise
- 3 Tbsp natural yogurt
- 2 cloves of garlic
- pinch of sweet paprika
- a pinch of hot paprika
- sól and pepper to taste
Preparation:
Press the garlic needed for the sauce and add all the other ingredients, mix them together. If needed – season to taste. It is best to prepare the sauce in advance so that the flavors will mesh. Mix tomato puree with oregano, paprika, bell pepper and salt. Slice the roll lengthwise and spread both parts with butter and then with tomato sauce. Cheese ¿ółts grate on coarse mesh and sprinkle lightly, arrange sliced sausages and znów sprinkle gently with cheese. Put the sandwiches prepared in this way for 10 minutes in an oven preheated to 200°C.
