Chili con carne baked with nachos and Olives with OLE bell pepper paste!
What you need to prepare the dish?
- 1 large can of red beans
- 1 can of corn
- 500 g of ground beef (we can use beef and pork)
- 400 g of sliced tomatoesóin (without skórki) + 300 g of tomato passata
- 6 pcs. tomatoóin cherry
- About. 30 g ¿óoft cheese
- Olives with bell pepper paste green OLE!
- 1 onion
- 2 cloves of garlic
- sól
- chopped parsley
- 1 package of nachos’ów
- Spices: a pinch of sweet paprika, chili, dried coriander, cumin, cinnamon and nutmeg – you can use ready-made Mexican seasoning
How to act?
Chop the onions and fry them in oil. Add the meat. Fry until it changes color. Add the tomatoes along with the passata and crushed garlic. Season and cook approx. 20-30 min.
Halfway through cooking, add the beans and corn. Put the dish into an ovenproof dish półmiska. On top of it, we arrange halfójars of tomatoesów, OLE olives! and nachos. Sprinkle the whole thing generously with żówith cheese. Put in the oven for approx.10 minutes, until the cheese melts. Before serving sprinkle with chopped parsley.
